1. Wing Quality: Decent size and meat amount. The Key West was a little saucy for my liking and did not have a real distinctive taste from straight BBQ. The Mardi gras was a dry rub with an interesting spice on it that I liked but it could have been a little more intense. I think I might try the baked wings if I went back again.

2. Sides and Extras: Fries were not bad but were still fairly standard. I did like the veggies were thinly sliced so they were more of a supplement than a meal in and of themselves.

3. Beer: Standard choices. Nothing fancy or different. A beer special for every night so makes it a little better than average.

4. Service: Good service. We ordered before we even sat down and the food was there 7 mins after we sat. Friendly Server and decent banter with the hostess and bartender.

5. Overall Experience: This was overall pretty decent. The wait was a little long around the 40 minute mark but you can expect that at a small place on wing night. I sampled 6 different types of wings out of the 30 and only one stuck with me as different and it was the Italiano one. the rest were just ok.
